• Origins
• Mistal Accessories was established as a family business in 2006. It was founded by Michal Gluszek together with his wife Monika, who had already gained experience as a seventeen-year-old since 2000 as a warehouse assistant in a Wroclaw fastener wholesaler. Promoted to the position of warehouse clerk for the Department of Agriculture. trade, and then as a sales representative, allowed him to gain valuable knowledge, later used in his own business.

Offer

• The company’s business was originally focused on selling screws. From the very beginning, most of the customers were manufacturers and distributors of fence systems, who still needed new components. Therefore, the company began to gradually expand its offer with additional fencing accessories (such as bands or fastening screws), also created on the basis of original ideas and technologies.

• Development
  The product catalog, which originally covered only a dozen pages, became more and more extensive. Since 2011, the company also began to present its offer at the International Construction Fair in Poznań, which resulted in valuable business contacts. At the time, she had 20 sqm at her disposal. Office space and 40 sqm. storage space.
• Expansion
  In 2013, the headquarters of Mistal Accessories was moved to a 120-square-meter office complex, and the warehouse, originally 300 square meters, had to be expanded by another 400 square meters after less than a year. The company’s growth and sales momentum gained a lot of momentum. It became a necessity in 2018 to purchase a huge warehouse of 3,000 sqm along with a two-story office building of 400 sqm. The official transfer of the company to the new premises, along with production and warehouse, took place at the beginning of 2019.
